Colombo’s iconic hotel chain the Taj Hotel has joined Sri Lanka’s community-based loyalty scheme managed and serviced by CH17 Loyalty, the pioneers in focused customer relationship management schemes.
The hotel has agreed to offer exclusive dining facility in five of their popular restaurants to loyalty CH17 cardholders on a year round basis according to Director – Food and Beverage Avishek Mukherjee.
“All our restaurants are very popular among the corporate executives. They enjoy the food, ambience and hospitality the hallmark of Taj worldwide and we are more than happy to extend this privilege to these valued customers through CH17 Loyalty,” he said.
CH17 Loyalty CEO Jumar Preena thanked Taj Samudra Colombo for joining its exclusive corporate network and opening its doors to the corporate staff of the private sector. Also present at the exchange of MOU between Taj and CH17 were
PR Manager Onitha Gurugalla, Executive Sous Chef Samila Kumarasinghe, Assistant Director F&B Rajiv Rajapaksa and Ports of Call Manager Dhanushka Dissanayake. CH17 Loyalty Head of Retail Merchant Acquisition Nazar Mohideen was also present.
