Amazing culinary expedition 2012 by Cinnamon and Chaaya Hotels and Resorts

This year’s venue for Amazing Culinary Expedition (ACE) was Chaaya Tranz Hikkaduwa. The objective of the competition is to improve the culinary skills, service skills, food knowledge and creativity whilst rewarding the talents of the kitchen and the Food and Beverage (F&B) staff.
