Commenting on the partnership with Cinnamon Resorts, Phantom Films Co-Producer Vivek B. Agrawal said: “We are impressed with the quality and service standards of Cinnamon Resorts. Their flexibility and understanding has so far eased our logistics. Location is one of the many important aspects of filming, just as finding the right actors. The geographical dispersion of the Cinnamon Resorts has also created the accessibility we need in proximity to the selected film locations. More importantly Cinnamon understands the requirement of a Bollywood film. We urge Indian filmmakers to consider more projects in Sri Lanka.” “We are indeed proud to have been selected as the official hospitality partner and to be affiliated with the team and crew of Bombay Velvet. It is an opportunity for us to enhance the image of Sri Lanka as a brand and to position the island as a key film location as well as an ideal holiday destination to international companies and tourists,” said Cinnamon Resorts Sri Lanka Head of Brand Marketing Dileep Mudadeniya.
