Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, with the largest room inventory in the country, has been selected as the official hospitality partner for the Bollywood movie ‘Bombay Velvet’ starring leading artists such as Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Karan Johar, Kay Kay Menon, Vikas Bahl, Vikram Aditya Motwane, Anurag Kashyap and Vivek Aggrawal. The key strategic locations in which the resorts are placed and the high standards of service offered at Cinnamon hotels are the two major considerations in choosing the chain as the hospitality partner.
Cinnamon Grand, considered the best five star property in the city (with over 500 rooms and 13 restaurants), is the host hotel for all the stars and VIPs of the Bombay Velvet movie production in Colombo. Chaaya Tranz Hikkaduwa, located on the beautiful beaches of Hikkaduwa with over 150 rooms has been selected as the host hotel in the Galle district.
