Airline unveils special fares for advance bookings to destinations in the Far East, Middle East, Europe and Americas
Emirates, a global connector of people, places and cultures has unveiled a series of special fares to destinations in the Far East, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas for bookings made before 31 August 2014.
Return fares to the Emirates Far East network start at Rs. 30,917 inclusive of taxes and surcharges on Economy Class and from Rs. 101,631 on Business Class, the airline said.
The ‘early bird’ fares to the Middle East start at Rs. 62,393 and Rs. 134,561 respectively for Economy Class and Business Class, while fares to destinations in Europe begin from Rs. 96,959 and Rs. 271,021.
These special fares which can be purchased until the end of August to destinations in the Far East, the Middle East or Europe will be valid for outbound travel between 11 September and 10 December. All travel must be completed by 15 March 2015.
Meanwhile, return fares to Emirates destinations in the Americas booked before 31 August start at Rs. 153,878 all inclusive on Economy Class and Rs. 339,443 on Business Class, and will be valid for travel from 11 September to 30 November 2014.
“We are offering a wide variety of Early Bird specials, ensuring our customers in Sri Lanka can connect with their favourite Emirates destinations for even better value for money than usual,” said Emirates Area Manager for Sri Lanka & Maldives Chandana de Silva.
The special fares are valid for overseas stays of between three days and one month, and are offered on advance purchases of 14 days or more from the date of outbound travel. Tickets must be purchased within 24 hours of booking in the case of Economy Class and within 72 hours of booking on Business Class.
Emirates passengers enjoy a generous baggage allowance of 30 kg in Economy Class, 40 kg in Business Class and 50 kg in First Class, gourmet-chef prepared multi-course meals, dedicated children’s menus and activities and ice, the airline’s award winning entertainment system, which offers up to 1,800 channels of on-demand entertainment.
Travel with Emirates also earns passengers Skywards Miles on the airline’s award-winning frequent flyer program. Accrued Skywards Miles can be redeemed for free tickets, travel upgrades or other benefits.
