Cathay Pacific Airways promotes award-winning Business Class Cabins

Since the launch of its direct flights to Hong Kong in November 2014, Cathay Pacific Airways operates flights to/from Colombo with the state of the art Airbus A330-300 aircraft featuring the airline’s award winning Business Class.

The most unique feature of the Business Class cabins would be the fully flatbed seat which is over two meters (82 inches) long. The seat also has a bed extension that increases the width of the seat by 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) to provide additional hip support, while the side storage compartment offers extra knee space to allow passengers to sleep on to a side if they wish. In addition to creating space for a good sleep, passengers also have the ability to adjust the position of the seat to fit each mood and posture.

The arm rest also allows passengers to maintain the privacy or allow additional space when sleeping by either keeping it up or down. The increased storage space in the cabinet allows for storage of headset, glasses or any other gadgets. The inbuilt vanity mirror is an interesting feature that will be popular among the ladies. The cabinet door too can be used as a privacy divider.

Cathay Pacific’s Award winning Studiocx will provide unlimited entertainment options to passengers on a 15.4 in touch-screen personal TV with a noise cancelling headset. The entertainment control panel also includes a multiport connector that lets passengers stream audio and video from personal devices.
