Cathay Pacific Airways recently hosted an awards ceremony at The Tintagel Colombo, to recognise and reward the valuable support rendered by the airlines travel partners.
At the ceremony, 10 travel agents were recognised for their unwavering support for Cathay Pacific and received the following awards; Classic Travels (Diamond award), Shan Travels (Gold award), Mackinnon American Express travels (Silver award) and Gabo Travels (Bronze award).
Merit awards were given away for Aitken Spence Travels, Hemas Travels, George Steuart Travels, Nkar Travels, Traveller Global and Worldlink Travels.
Cathay Pacific Sri Lanka and Maldives Country Manager Edward Coles-Gale said: “The partnership we share with our travel agents is highly valued and we wanted to express our gratitude towards them for the valuable support they have shown us over the years.”
The event was graced by several top management executives from the airline and its General Sales Agent Finlays Colombo.
