Cinnamon Grand among top 10 in customer service

Proving its lead as the number one five-star city hotel in the country, Cinnamon Grand Colombo has emerged in the top 10 list for customer services in a recent survey conducted by the Colombo Living Guide, as published in their June-July issue. According to 573 participants taking part in the survey on the magazine website, Cinnamon Grand takes the lead with 298 votes as the top city hotel in the country, and with 109 votes as the best hotel all-island. Adding to the triumph, the hotel’s ‘The Lagoon’ is among the top four restaurants in the country, in terms of customer service, while Taprobane secures a place among the top ten. The Lagoon, consistently ranked as the number one seafood restaurant in Sri Lanka and the classiest, follows a seafood market concept embraced world-over, giving diners a unique experience to savour the fresh catch in over 150 preparation methods. Taprobane is Cinnamon Grand’s main restaurant and is open all day offering an incredible gastronomic journey in a multi-cuisine spread featuring over 70 eastern and western dishes. The restaurant’s Sunday Brunch is among the most popular weekend brunches in the city. Grand’s Angsana City Club and Spa is also recognised among the top ten spas in the country.
