Cinnamon Lodge Habarana wins two awards at Saga Awards 2012

Saga Holidays, one of the largest tour operators in the UK, has announced Cinnamon Lodge Habarana as the winner of two coveted awards, ‘The Best Overall Performance’ and ‘The Best Food Services’ for the year 2011/2012.

Each year at the Saga Awards, these recognitions go to an individual or organisation chosen from hundreds of hotels, inbound tour operators and other service providers Saga works with worldwide.

The judging of awards was carried out through a meticulous process involving the Saga clientele covering every aspect of the hospitality business. The guests were assessed through a series of questionnaires and official feedback once they returned to their native country, making the satisfied guests the true Judges of the award.
