Premier hospitality providers, Cinnamon Grand, Cinnamon Lakeside and Cinnamon Red were recognised with Guest Review Awards by leading accommodation booking website and e-commerce company, Booking.com.
The awards, presented to properties with a 2015 average review score of 8 or more is a reflection of continued guest satisfaction and outstanding stays. Leading five-star city hotel Cinnamon Grand’s 2015 ranking averaged at 8.3 out of 10, while five-star urban resort Cinnamon Lakeside had a 8.2, and lean luxury Cinnamon Red scored the highest with 8.5.
The award is considered a symbol of excellence as a best guest experience provider among some 800,000 properties on the Booking.com site.
