The Top Hotel Partner Award is awarded based on fairness, flexibility and loyalty in business carried out between the hotels and the Tour Operator and on the positive guest comments. Out of the 35 hotel partners that Schauinsland Reisen is working with in Sri Lanka, only five hotels have won this award and Serendib Leisure is proud to be the recipient of two of these five awards.
