Crystal Cruises will increase its cruise offerings in China, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei in 2014. There will be 34 cruises (compared to four cruises in 2012) ranging from five to 29 days, operated by the two ships Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity. New cruise itineraries in 2014 will include Crystal’s first-ever cruises which begin and/or end in Bangkok and a two week round trip voyage from Singapore. There will be four cruises beginning or ending in Bali, two more than in 2013. New destinations for the 2014 season are Malacca in Malaysia and Lombok, Makassar/Ujung Pandang and Surabaya in Indonesia. The expanded cruise program also features less-visited ports of call, including Bandar Seri Begawan in Brunei, Jakarta and Komodo Island in Indonesia, Yangon in Myanmar, Samui Island in Thailand, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, and Okinawa and Tokyo in Japan. A new cruise – round-trip Bangkok – will celebrate New Year’s Eve with a light show in Hong Kong. There will also be new, shorter cruises available in the 2014 season, at five days and starting from US$ 1,520 per person. There will be more overnight stays and port time, with every 2014 Crystal Asia voyage featuring at least two overnight stays – many of these in destinations like Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh, Yangon and Shanghai. All-inclusive, book now fares for Crystal’s 2014 Asia voyages begin at US$ 1,520 per person if booked by 30 August 2013. Bookings up to this date can also enjoy new 2-for-1 airfare add-ons with select Crystal Symphony voyages.
