Aimed at providing an enhanced service and a touch of elegance to its valued guests, LOLC Leisure Management has announced an upgrade for Eden Resort & Spa during the coming months.

For this purpose, the hotel will close operations for two months beginning 1 May 2013.

With this major refurbishment, 103 rooms of the hotel will be upgraded to the Superior category, while an additional 10 rooms will be further upgraded to the Deluxe rooms category– totalling the number of Deluxe Rooms to 33 from the previous 23.

In addition, the balance 22 rooms will be converted to Paradise Rooms, which will cater to the requirements of the high-end clientele. This will be treated as a separate unit within the hotel with a host of value added services included. Guests staying at the Paradise Rooms will enjoy the proposed Sundeck Bar which is intended to be constructed on the rooftop terrace. This is said to be a signature part of the hotel and will be called ‘7th Heaven’.

The entire main restaurant of the hotel will be upgraded to accommodate a significantly large number of guests including the availability of related services fulfilling guest requirements. It will also include outdoor timber-deck seating on either side of the restaurant adjoining the swimming pool, intended to provide a relaxed ambiance for outdoor dine-in guests. Furthermore, the guests will be treated to more live cooking options, which will be a unique addition. Once completed, the restaurant will boast of an entirely different setting completed with new interior and new furnishing.

The Eden Resort & Spa is famous for its unique design of the swimming pool. This too will be enhanced using unique architectural redesigned ideas. In addition, the pool area will provide an elegant look and feel with a newly designed pool bar and a reconstructed pavilion. The hotel’s public area and the main bar will also have similar touches of elegance.

While focusing on these service outlets, the hotel will also concentrate on other back-of-the-house sections such as improving HVAC, kitchen and other related areas.
