Eranjith appointed to Trans Asia Hotels Board

Eranjith Wijenaike has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Trans Asia Hotels Plc.

Wijenaike is the Managing Director of Central Finance Plc, a leading non-banking financial institution.

He has over 28 years of management experience. He is a Director of several other quoted companies within and outside the Central Finance Group. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Banking.

Wijenaike’s appointment follows the retirement of Mrs. Rohini Nanayakkara and D.S.J. Pelpola from the Board of Trans Asia Hotels Plc.

Following the new addition, the Board of Directors of Trans Asia Hotels Plc comprises Susantha Ratnayake (Chairman), A.D. Gunewardene, J.R.F. Peiris, C.J.L. Pinto, N.L. Gooneratne (Alternativ Direcor), and E Wijenaike.
