Exciting double decker city tour starts off in Kandy

The open deck double decker city tour bus ride started off on 10 August adding excitement and thrill to the picturesque city of Kandy this Perahera season for the very first time. The open deck city tour will operate in Kandy with sightseeing in the city and in Peradeniya with visits to the Sri Dalada Maligawa complex and its unique museum.

This is the first time an experience like this is made available for tourists and for Sri Lankans alike who are visiting the hill capital specifically to watch Kandy Esala Perahera. The tour includes a live commentary in English by a professional guide, entrance fee for the Sri Dalada Maligawa complex and supply of unlimited water. Tours are scheduled everyday from 10 - 14 August with 2 tours operating on each day. Each tour will have a duration of 2 1/2 hours and will commence from Queens Hotel, Kandy.
