DMS Universal’s travel arm Exotic Island Ltd. was re-launched last week in Colombo as Bliss Travels – Sri Lanka.
DMS Universal, the parent company of Bliss Travels, is incorporated and registered in Australia. Its core business is construction and it is engaged in apartment unit development in Melbourne. Its travel alarm Bliss Travel is a wholly-owned subsidiary by DMS Universal of Australia.

DMS Universal as well known property development organisation has established its name as reliable unit developer in Northern suburbs of Melbourne. So far the company has carried out nearly 10 construction projects for the last four years.

In addition to the investment in the Sri Lankan travel business, Bliss Travels has also invested in an apartment development project in Colombo and hotel development projects in Negombo, Sigiriya and Uswetakeiyawa. To acquire the land in these areas Bliss Travels has already spent $ 108 million and is planning to invest another $ 245 million on apartment and hotel projects.
