Hello! magazine ranks Sri Lankan beach as world’s best getaway for women travellers

London: The Hello! magazine has ranked a beach in Southern Sri Lanka at the top, as the world’s best getaway for women travellers.

The UK-based weekly magazine, specialising in celebrity news and human-interest stories, lists Sri Lanka’s Barberyn Beach Resort Beruwala, as a place for women travellers to ‘Discover their inner goddess’.

“In a breathtaking location overlooking the Indian Ocean, take the first steps towards discovering the breathtaking views of Barberyn Beach and the ayurveda way of life. Ayurveda therapy, a holistic and scientific system based on a profound philosophy, is said to improve health and wellbeing and lead to a longer life,” Hello! writes.
