Hilton Colombo announced that it has been recognised as ‘Sri Lanka’s Leading Hotel’ at the World Travel Awards, one of the most prestigious awards in the industry. Described as the “Oscars” of the travel and tourism industry by the Wall Street Journal, it is one of the most prominent events in the tourism calendar. The awards were given out at a red carpet gala event held in Singapore.
