Hotel Services (Ceylon) (SERV) announced that a special resolution was passed unanimously by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 25 June 2013 to change the name of the company from ‘Hotel Services (Ceylon)’ to ‘The Kingsbury’ and to amend the articles of association of the company.
