It’s festive time at Harpo’s Cafes & Restaurants!

The annual Charity Project ‘Share with a Child’ was held on 9 December at the Community Concern Centre, Dehiwala, to support the education program with gifts and a festive party for 80 kids for the 11th consecutive year.

The Bayleaf offers truly Italian specials from homemade pasta and special menus with a Christmas menu from 24-30 December which includes the traditional fare on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Dining options offer three private dining rooms with a choice of venues for elegant dining. The newly launched Wine & Tea Room is perfect to entertain special guests (up to 10 pax) in an ambiance similar to world class wine rooms for dining with a range of fine wines, a delectable menu and High Tea specials (prior reservation required).

New Year’s Eve presents an Italian Dinner set in an elegant setting to usher in the New Year in style. The “Neighbourhood Bar” is ideal for Italian festive tapas and exciting cocktails and premium liquor. Entertainment: Fri/Sat – Pradeep Thomas on Strictly Vinyl – 9 p.m. onwards. Park Street Mews restaurant has seasonal specials with all the trimmings from 1 to 23 December with festive Christmas goodies for take away orders for private entertainment. On 24 and 25 December Park Street Mews restaurant presents Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day lunch and dinner and an Asian fusion menu for post festive specials from 26-30 December. On 31 December usher in the New Year in style at The Stables organised by the Park Street Mews complex with Rock This Country and Dr. J with Harpo for the New Year Countdown. Reservations 2300133.

Curve – Tapas Bar and Restaurant offers a trendy and chill out ambiance for tapas and quality entertainment in the city. Live entertainment lineup includes Rock This Country on Wednesday, Flame on Thursdays, Damian with D Zone on Fridays and CJ with Mintaka on Saturdays. Add more sparkle to the holiday celebrations with the festive cocktails.

Colombo Fort Café is presenting a range of euro-med specials for December followed up with the traditional festive goodies for Christmas Eve and Christmas day meals continuing till the 30 December. New Year’s Eve offers a special dinner menu. 2434946.
