Lucky winner of SriLankan Airlines passenger survey

Pradeep de Almeida emerged the lucky winner of the SriLankan Airlines passenger survey draw held recently at the SriLankan Airlines office in Colombo.

Since 2011 the airline has been conducting regular surveys for passengers across the network. Started with a paper based survey form, which was later translated into seven languages, these surveys have evolved into electronic platforms as well, enabling the airline to capture feedback on ipads, mobile, web and feedback kiosks.

A passenger can be eligible for the monthly draw by answering all compulsory questions in the questionnaire. The winner, Pradeep de Almeida, an IT professional who provided feedback on his flight UL 581 of 28 February, was awarded a return air ticket to a SriLankan directly operated destination of his choice.
