Malaysian Airlines unveils Year End Special offers

Malaysia Airlines is offering exciting air fares through its Year End Special (YES) from 25 November 2013 to 2 December 2013 for the travel period from 1 February 2014 till 31 March 2014. This is a great opportunity for travellers to start planning in advance for their 2014 holidays and business travels as the Malaysia Airlines’ Year End Sale will be offering economy class airfares discounted up to 25% off from current market fares for international travels. Likewise business class fares will be discounted up to 40% for selected destinations. These offers cover fares from Sri Lanka to various Malaysia Airlines’ destinations in South East Asia, North Asia, South Asia, Australia and Europe. Malaysia Airlines Regional Senior Vice President Malaysia, Muzammil Mohamad said: “Before we bid goodbye to 2013, we have something special for our customers. For this year end our offers are even more attractive than previous years. Malaysia is a beautiful place with much to offer and 2014 being the Visit Malaysia Year, we encourage domestic travel for Malaysians and others alike to explore this tropical paradise.” Customers who grab this offer now will only have to pay a fare starting from Rs. 28,948 for a return economy class ticket to Kuala Lumpur from Colombo on Malaysia Airlines. Starting from only Rs. 56,226, customers can book an all in return economy class seat to Guangzhou from Colombo. All-in return economy class airfares to various other destinations in China from Colombo such as Shanghai and Beijing are priced starting from Rs. 61,226. Attractive offers for travel down under is also available. All-inclusive economy class fares to Melbourne, Sydney and Perth starts from only Rs. 94,103, Rs. 96,464 and Rs. 94,851. Business lass fare to Melbourne starts from Rs. 148,803, Sydney from Rs. 173,169 and to Perth starts from Rs. 183,851. These offers are available to customers at all Malaysia Airlines distribution channels i.e. www.malaysiaairlines.com, MHmobile, Malaysia Airlines ticket offices and appointed agents throughout Sri Lanka. Malaysia Airlines web check-in is open 48 hours and up to 90 minutes before departure. The web check-in is however not applicable for travel on sectors Kuala Lumpur to Bandar Seri Begawan, Kunming, Xiamen, Kathmandu, Los Angeles, Tokyo–Los Angeles, as well as sectors and code share fights operated by partner carriers.
