Mega Hotel show in July

It is indeed the ultimate one stop shop for all the hospitality needs both direct and indirect, it is the cynosure of all eyes related to the hospitality industry and it has been the most extravagant meeting place for everyone involved and interested in the Hospitality industry.

The mega hospitality extravaganza will be held this year for the 7th consecutive time.

The Hotel Show 2012 will cater to a wide array of segments related to the Hospitality industry. Products and services that are both directly and indirectly related to the Hospitality industry will be showcased at the exhibition. It is also set to bring in a new outlook, providing the participants with modern technology and tools that would help introduce new products and services to meet the ever increasing demand.

The ‘Hotel Show 2012’ will also help investors willing to invest in the country witness the all areas related to the hospitality industry and will provide them with a comprehensive overview regarding the industry and its future.

Hotel Show Organising Committee Chairman Trevine Gomez is of the opinion that the event will in its essence be more than just an exhibition. “The current stability that the country is witnessing has created a lot of interest among both travellers and investors. Sri Lanka is today, one of the most desired destinations to visit. The Hotel Show will provide the best and most comprehensive platform for all segments related to the Hospitality industry” he said.

Hotel Show 2012 will for the first time since its inception comprise a street food festival together with comprehensive training programmes related to the most important services within the industry. The organisers plan on getting the most renowned international chefs and bartenders during the days of the fiesta to train Sri Lankan’s pursuing their career in related fields. “It is much more than a simple exhibition, it will essentially be a new chapter within the hospitality industry as we plan on bringing the best brands and the best in the business to showcase their products and services under one common platform,” Gomez added.

The event will also comprise pavilions which include leading hospitality service providers from USA, Brazil, Australia and many more which will give all the participants the opportunity to witness makings of a world class event.

The Hotel Show 2012 organised by the Ceylon Hotel School Graduates Association together with Sri Lankas premium exhibition organiser - Lanka Exhibition and Conference services is set to open a new chapter within Island Nations legacy in hospitality.
