Mihin Lanka recently celebrated its inaugural flight from Colombo, Sri Lanka to Muscat, Oman. The new route will support the airline’s efforts to provide greater connectivity throughout the region.
A total of four weekly flights have been introduced and will operate every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from Bandaranaike International Airport. The frequencies will increase to five weekly flights from 11 November 2015 and the additional flight will operate on Wednesdays. The four-hour direct flight will provide passengers with an affordable, convenient and comfortable travel option to Muscat.
Today, Mihin Lanka is recognised as one of the region’s most admired affordable travel brands and now offers direct flights to 12 key destinations in the region, which service corporate, business, pilgrim, and leisure travellers. The airline also provides connectivity to a further 20 destinations with its code share partner SriLankan Airlines.
