The dissatisfactory need to pick and choose one or two items out of a mouth watering buffet for all those vege lovers has come to an end. The menu includes a range of innovative starters, soups, salads, ulundu wadai/dosai and spring roll action stations, time-honoured Sri Lankan, Western, Indian, Japanese, Chinese cuisine and a delightful array of desserts that are unique creations of our experienced chefs who have made an extra effort to ensure that our guests experience only the best of all things vegeterian!
The salad buffet includes Spinach Timbal, Carrot and Beetroot Timbale, Hommus, Babaganouch Cucumber, Curd Pumpkin with Feta Cheese, Bavarian Potato Salad, Celery with Apple are some of items on the salad buffet.
The main buffet counters serves up a bounty of vegetarian dishes such as mushroom sauté with fresh herbs, Tofu steak with teriyaki sauce, potato Frasier to name a few.
