The Eagles’ Lagoon View Reception Hall in Katunayake was declared open by President Mahinda Rajapaksa on 2 March 2013 on the invitation of the Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal H.D. Abeywickrama.

The reception hall, which encompasses a total area of 23,000 square feet, comprises a 9,000 square feet banquet hall, a bridal dressing room, a studio, four dual occupancy rooms and two large changing rooms for artistes.
