Prince of Riyadh shows interest in SL visit

While Sri Lankans were celebrating the Sinhala and Tamil New Year, the Sri Lanka Tourism Bureau, together with 12 top private sector companies, attended the Riyadh Travel Mart (RTM) from 12-17 April, promoting the country ahead of the summer tourism surge. At the event, the Prince of Riyadh, Khalid bin Bandar, visited the Sri Lanka pavilion and expressed his interest in travelling to the country. The Middle East registered a 14.7% growth in tourism in the first quarter of 2015.
