Ranaviraja meets UNWTO Secretary-General

Tilak Ranaviraja, Ambassador of Sri Lanka to France and representative to the UNWTO, met with UNWTO Secretary-General Taleb Rifai on 24 January. Rifai expressed his desire and willingness to support the President’s sustainable development and poverty alleviation programs through tourism development. He also observed that Sri Lanka is a country with a great potential for the development of tourism.
