Ranfer Travels gears up for April/May holiday season

With successful tours to Jaffna and Nuwara Eliya (Viceroy II) in March completed, Ranfer Travels will launch outbound tours to Vietnam and once again to Jaffna and Nuwara Eliya in April.

The tour to Vietnam will be from 20 to 26 April to cater to those wishing to travel after the New Year. The luxury tour will be to Hanoi, Halong Bay and Sapa (new destination) with visits to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Museum ,One Pillar Pagoda, House on Stilts, world famed Water Puppet show, Halong Bay with the ‘Amazing Cave’ and Sapa Mountains with Livitrans train. The group will also visit Lao Cai and Ham Rong minority tribe and Muong Hoa Valley. The farewell dinner is at ‘Namaste’ Indian restaurant. The cost of entire tour package with international air travel to Hanoi and back is Rs. 149, 900 plus visa. With Vietnam becoming a popular destination for Sri Lankans, the April tour will provide a great opportunity for excursions into new destination. The Nuwara Eliya tour on the Viceroy II luxury train is on 19 and 20 April towards the latter part of the holidays. Viceroy II is the latest luxury mode of transport on rails. The full board package cost starts at Rs.16, 900 sharing TRPL and the stay is at Hotel Stamford Star down Badulla Road. A visit to Grand Hotel for ‘High Tea’ is also included.

Ranfer Travels will also undertake a tour to Jaffna from 24-27 April covering Keerimalei, Dambakolaptuna, Casurina Beach (Gurunagar),Kankasanthurei (KKS),Vellvettithurai (VVT), PPD (Point Pedro), Sakkottai (northern most point),Thelippallai (Trail) Cancer Hospital, Kantarodai Buddhist Temple, Bottomless Well, Jaffna Fort, Library and Nallur Kovil among others.
