Serendib Leisure recently announced that three of its properties have been honoured with Booking.com’s prestigious ‘Guest Review Award’ for 2014. AVANI Bentota Resort and Spa, AVANI Kalutara Resort and Hotel Sigiriya have each received the coveted award, reflecting the high level of guest satisfaction generated by these properties.

The annual Guest Review Awards honour a hotels’ achievements over a given year, as measured by their overall Guest Review Score. In order to win, Booking.com partners must have an average review score of eight or higher, based on a minimum of 10 guest reviews posted by 11:59 p.m. (CET) on 31 December of the year under review.
The accolades from Booking.com join the many others that Serendib Leisure properties have received, including, most recently, Avani Bentota Resort & Spa’s best ‘Luxury Beach Resort’ award.
