In collaboration with Singapore Changi Airport Group, SIA has announced that passengers purchasing tickets on Singapore Airlines and SilkAir now have the privilege of enjoying the Changi Dollar Voucher (CDV) when transiting in Singapore.

“We have decided to extend and enhance this offer due to popular demand. Passengers with the CDV can now redeem these vouchers for purchases up to $ 40, which is double the value of the previous offer,” a SIA spokesperson said.

This voucher will be valid for one-time use at all retail, food and service outlets located at the transit and public areas of Terminals 1, 2 and 3 (excluding outlets in the arrival baggage claim halls).

Also, these vouchers can be used in conjunction with the boarding pass privileges at participating outlets at Changi Airport for additional privileges and discounts.

For customers who wish to have a reprieve from their travel, the Changi Dollar Voucher can also be redeemed for one-time access to the Ambassador Transit Lounge at Terminals 2 and 3 for up to six hours. Lounge usage includes showers with basic toiletries, light refreshments, free flow of non-alcoholic beverages and complimentary Wi-Fi.

To claim the vouchers, passengers need to present both their electronic ticket and boarding pass of their Singapore-bound flight. This can be done at all seven Information Counters in the transit areas of Terminals 2 and 3.

Tickets issued from 1 December to 30 June 2013 will be eligible for this great offer and travel between 1 January 2013 and 30 June 2013 (while stocks last).

A passenger can claim only one CDV. Vouchers will expire on 30 June 2013.

Transit passengers with a one-way or round-trip will also be entitled to make use of these vouchers. For more details please contact Singapore Airlines on 2499699.
