Sri Lanka Convention Bureau in their program with the Hotels Association to train hoteliers in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) tourism activities conducted a full day program for hoteliers in the Central Province which was held in Kandy.
Over 50 professionals took part in the training program which was conducted by a panel of experts in various aspects of MICE.
“This year’s program is being conducted out of Colombo to benefit many employees who would get opportunities, otherwise such training programs are held in the Capital most of the time,” said GM SLCB Vipula Wanigasekera.
“We have even gone to Jaffna so that and are now planning to move to the East and then the deep south,” he continued.
