Across the world Muslims observe the ritual of fasting for a month during Ramadan from sunrise to sunset. This Ramadan, The Latitude restaurant at Taj Samudra Colombo presents a traditional Iftar buffet for guests to break their fast with nourishing and delicious specialties.
Choose from an expertly prepared menu consisting of International and Arabic cuisine – the sumptuous buffet, with a blend of traditional and contemporary dining. The spread features a choice of Ramadan specialities that are foods traditionally partaken to break the fast including Kanji Porridge, Dates and varieties of savouries, a selection of juices, fresh fruits and cakes.
