Taj Samudra sweeps Marie Bizard 25th National Mixology Challenge Trophy 2017

image_1489638144-82b5c38223 25th National Mixology Challenge Trophy – 2017 was won by Sithara Jayasinghe of Taj Samudra Colombo, in Colombo region beating 42 participants.

Sithara, who acquired a wealth of experience in making cocktails at the Taj Samudra, Colombo was awarded the winner classical in Colombo region at the event. She also participated in the Culinary Art 2017 and bagged a Silver medal for Dilma Tea Challenge.

The competition was organised by Free Lanka Trading Co. Ltd. together with The Hotels Association of Sri Lanka. Taj Samudra Colombo is proud of Sithara’s performance and wishes her the very best.
