Thai Deputy PM warmly welcomed at The Kingsbury

General Manager Scott of The Kingsbury warmly welcomed the Thai delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand Somkid Jatusripitak on 8 March. Accompanying the Deputy Prime Minister were Thai Government officials and prominent members of the Thai business community. The official visit by the delegation is to further strengthen the bilateral relationship between Sri Lankan and the Thai Governments and promote trade and investment in sectors such as agriculture, fisheries, tourism, construction, consumer good and pharmaceuticals. The Kingsbury will also be the venue for the Exclusive Session between Jatusripitak and leading businessmen of Sri Lanka and Thailand, to be held today (10) at The Victorian ballroom and The Ocean Seafood Restaurant.
