The Royal Salute goes to The Kingsbury

The Kingsbury, Colombo’s grandest city hotel has been highly honoured by the prestigious International Hotel Awards 2016/2017 being awarded the Best City Hotel Sri Lanka, Best Large Hotel Sri Lanka, Best City Hotel Asia Pacific, and Highly Commended Classic/Heritage Hotel Sri Lanka. 

The International Hotel Awards are the only international 5-star standard of hotel ratings and determines the finest hotels and hospitality establishments in the world. The awards were held in association with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at a gala event in London’s Park Lane Hilton.

The Kingsbury General Manager Scott Mawhinney stated: “This is just the beginning as our plans focus on achieving greater regional and international leadership.
