Trump Hotel Collection has signed a management agreement with one of Indonesia’s leading investment groups - MNC, for a luxury resort and residential development in Bali.

Located on the southwest coast of Bali, the property will be the Trump Hotel Collection’s first resort in Asia.

Built atop a sheer cliff along a sweeping coastline, the development will offer views of the Indian Ocean and Tanah Lot, one of the most popular tourist and cultural icons of Bali.

Construction of the hotel is expected to commence in 2016.

“As we continue to strategically grow the Trump Hotel Collection, we seek only the world’s most desirable destinations. Bali is consistently voted as one of the world’s best islands and is one of the best resort and residential destinations globally,” said Donald Trump Jr., Executive Vice President of development and acquisitions of The Trump Organization.

“This is an exciting time for Trump Hotels and we are honored to announce our expansion into Asia and bring to market an extraordinary luxury property.”

The Trump Hotel Collection is one of the fastest growing luxury hotel companies in the world with hotels in New York, Chicago, Toronto, Miami, Waikiki, Las Vegas, Ireland and Panama. In 2016 the Trump Hotel brand will open four hotels in Washington D.C., Rio de Janeiro, Vancouver and Baku.
