Walkers Tours website wins ‘Best in Class’ award at Interactive Media Awards

Walkers Tours, Sri Lanka was awarded the ‘Best in Class’ award for its website (www.walkerstours.com) at the Interactive Media Awards held recently.

The site managed to secure an overall score of 492 out of a maximum of 500.The Best in Class award is the highest honour bestowed by the Interactive Media Awards. It represents the very best in planning, execution and overall professionalism.

The Interactive Media Awards recognise the highest standards of excellence in website design and development and honour individuals and organisations for their outstanding achievement. The list of judges include distinguished professionals from leading companies in the United States.

Walkers Tours was one of 255 entries submitted in the ‘Travel/Tourism’ category for the awards. The website was designed by EmarketingEye Ltd.
