Adamaly to speak on ‘Winds of Change’ at Colombo School of Arts Good Start Series

Colombo School of Arts (CSA) has launched a series of free lectures, presentations and discussions for the benefit of young students and parents. These thought-provoking and inspirational one-hour sessions titled CSA Good Start Series, are held at the IIHE Exams Hall – No. 25½, Tower Building, Station Road, Colombo 4. Mohamed Adamaly will speak on ‘Winds of Change’ today (27) from 4:15:5.30 p.m. Mohamed Adamaly is a Graduate of Law with Honours from the Colombo University and First Class Honours from the Sri Lanka Law College. He is also an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court involved in active legal practice, specialising in commercial/corporate law, investment law, labour law, appeals and public law. Highly recognised and awarded by the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK for his outstanding contribution to marketing education in Sri Lanka, he is a Director and Lecturer at Synergy School of Marketing, and sometime visiting lecturer at the University of Colombo and Sri Lanka Law College. The Principal of Colombo School of Arts Shaleeka Jayalath, stated that by hosting sessions like the CSA Good Start Series, young children get the opportunity to learn and be inspired beyond the curriculum. “We hope students will find time to be there to listen to and have a chat with Mohamed Adamaly. His achievements, experiences and ability to communicate with young people are highly regarded. It should not be missed,” she said. CSA, the new international school in Colombo, is in the process of enrolling children and hopes to commence operations on 6 January 2015. CSA is affiliated to the Imperial Institute of Higher Education (IIHE) – Sri Lanka’s only institute that is directly associated with the prestigious University of Wales (UK) offering BSc and MBA degree programs. Therefore, by offering free programs like the CSA Good Start Series that are well coordinated with the school’s mission, CSA will empower and inspire students who are keen to learn.
