CIMA Young Minds 2000 to groom business leaders of tomorrow

The future of our nation depends on the leadership of our youngsters. Developing their personality traits, inculcating the right attitude and strong leadership skills are of paramount importance to be competitive in the global market.

CIMA is proud to be joining hands in this national quest to groom and inspire the business leaders of tomorrow by initiating and organising a mass scale gathering for 2,000 student leaders form schools around the island including prefects and student office bearers.

An internationally renowned motivational speaker for the youth Reg Athwal will address 2,000 youth leaders on ‘Unleash your DNA’ at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium on 22 January 2011.

This is indeed a pioneering venture, and will undoubtedly leave a hallmark in the lives of the youth attending the gathering. It will reach and unite 2,000 students in 100 schools from around the country to a single location to understand how each of them can make a difference in this world.

Investing to build youth leadership today is of dire need to ensure that Sri Lanka progresses to make its mark on the global arena Mobitel, MAS Active and Imperial College of Business Studies (ICBS) will be joining CIMA in supporting this truly national pursuit to up-skill and enhance the leadership capabilities of our youth.
