Commemorative Stamp for WCY 2014

A commemorative stamp and first day cover were issued this morning (7 May) to mark the World Conference on Youth (WCY) 2014. Minister of Postal Services Jeewan Kumaranatunga presented the stamp to Minister of Youth Affairs and Skills Development Dullas Alahapperuma before the opening of the first plenary session at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Convention Hall (BMICH) in Colombo.
