Groundbreaking book

Senior Scientist Genetech Dr. Ruwan J. Illeperuma presents his book The Use of DNA Evidence in Criminal Investigation to Justice Minister Rauff Hakeem on Wednesday (4) at the Ministry.

This is the first book written in Sri Lanka in this field and the first of its kind to be written in Sinhala in the world. He has been awarded a doctorate by the University of Colombo based on his research at the University of Washington in USA.
