Iranian Uni's branch MCHS Sri Lanka a unique opportunity to shape up careers

Mustafa College of Humanities Studies (MCHS) Sri Lanka is a newly established branch of Mustafa International University- Iran. MCHS incorporated in Sri Lanka, is looking forward to provide platform primarily for Sri Lankan youth and intellectuals, to experience the progressive approach to human sciences, in a modern atmosphere with a touch of moral values and evolutionary insight.

Like other great international universities and academic colleges actively working to meet the spiritual needs of modern man, Mustafa College is proud that its has made every effort to elaborate the monotheistic doctrines of Islam, shedding light on the congruity between Islamic science and the humanities.

Academic affairs

The MCHS education department is offering systematic instruction in different levels based on precise requirements. The current and future planes of the education department include running programs as, modern humanities studies reflection in diploma, higher advanced diploma, BA and MA also running extensive courses.

Teacher training programs, workshops for the graduate teachers, human recourse  management, journalism, family studies, philosophical and theological studies, empowering courses for women, counselling, languages programs, are a few areas that the MCHS would concentrate.

The academic, research, training and development programs of the MCHS have been designed with extreme focus on uplifting and strengthening sublime human qualities that serve as the pillars of a new civilisation in making.

The chief objective of Mustafa College is offering systematic instruction, in different levels based on precise requirements. The current and future plans of the education include running such programs as BA in Islamic studies for male and female students.

They also run extensive language program for student courses and modular programs in the area of Islamic culture and Islam teachings. It applies latest educational technology, team-working activities and research-based methods, off-line and on-line conferences, running on-line classes and real and virtual workshops. They emphasise on improving spiritual aspects and religious and ethical values of the students as of its mission as a university; this goal is achieved through competent academics and skilful staffs.

The Mustafa International University provides education for their students with a complete university atmosphere.

This is essential to the students completing their international recognised bachelor’s degree in Sri Lanka need to have a complete education and not just a book based education.

Research Department

The Research Department is mainly responsible for organising research related activities, students, academic books, organising research training programs, providing a rich library, free internet (Wi-Fi), organising seminars and conferences, publication of books and journals, training on research methodology, international exposure for students research activities.

Gathering and workshops, academic societies and managing electronic library are some of the services available at research department of the MCHS.

Training and development

Mustafa College aims most of the extra curricular programs at developing skills, imbibing morals, moulding the spirituality and creating a healthy and strong personality.

MCHS library is the gateway to a world of opportunity, acts as a back bone facility for effective learning, the library with links to international online databases.

The institute has wide range of volumes of books which include the reference books, management and computer science.

The well-furnished lecture rooms are laid out in a way to create ample interaction between the students and lectures and provide an atmosphere for congenial learning.

MCHS is fully equipped air conditioned class rooms, with modern teaching aids like LCD projector, and other audio visual equipments.

Students graduating from the MCHS will be awarded degree/diploma certificates of Mustafa International University (MIU) degrees provided by MIU have been recognised by association of international universities, federation of world Islamic universities, University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka, and Ministry of Higher Education, Iran.
