Minister meets University Vice Chancellors in Jaffna

Vice Chancellors of 17 universities met in Kankasanthurai, Jaffna for a two-day conference on matters pertaining to higher education. Here the Vice Chancellors with Minister of Higher Education and Research Dr. Sarath Amunugama, Secretary P. Ranepura and University Grants Commission Chairman Prof. Mohan de Silva at the conclusion of the conference.
