Building on its successful story of academic excellence, Neptune Edification (NEP), the learning experience destination, premier ACCA learning provider and licensed computer based exam centre for ACCA professional qualification in Kandy, celebrated and completed five years of successful operation in the market.
Focusing on being the most experienced learning provider for ACCA in Kandy, NEP has rapidly grown into a professional organisation of repute that has continuously recorded high enrolment rates for its ACCA programs for each intake. It has taught over 350 students up to date, and prides itself for its relatively short but already very successful operations, with plenty of achievements along the way.
Since 2012, NEP has demonstrated its success in the market by continuously achieving high pass rates and producing prize winners that include Sri Lankan prizes and top affiliates.
Outlining the journey over the last five years, NEP Director Administration Krishni Balasubramaniam stated: “We pride ourselves on having contributed towards the overall growth in the ACCA market in Kandy and in providing our students with outstanding service at all times during their studies with us. These include the best tutors and best classroom experience, plus the best administrative support. We recruit highly-experienced subject specialists and some of the country’s most experienced and renowned ACCA tutors to be our lecturers and consultants and have offered our students flexible study arrangements along with our teaching methodologies being continuously adopted to suit the learners and the market demand.”
NEP has also engaged its students in many extra-curricular activities making their journey with NEP innovative, fun and a rewarding learning experience, through the Rotaract Club of Neptune Edification (RC NEP) chartered in 2015 as the third Rotaract Club in Kandy and the first and only private institute based Rotaract Club in Kandy. The club was awarded ‘The Best Newly Chartered Rotaract Club for 2015/16’ by the Rotaract District 3220.
NEP has also added several new business units to its portfolio. These include SiliconCrib, an independent and creative unit which develops websites, social content management; Wulfcult, an audio and video production division which operates as a fully-fledged music publishing, marketing and merchandising entity; Labrats, a semi-secret research and development unit; and Exalt Conclave, which provides a platform for open ideas and thoughts, where various events are facilitated to promote innovation and free thinking.
Completing five years of success in the market, and having reorganised the company into distinct units that comprise being an ACCA learning provider, Silicon Crib, Wulfcult, Labrats, RC NEP and Exalt Conclave, the company has today gained a successful foothold in a wider range of sectors.
Balasubramaniam added: “The new structure of our company has helped us to anticipate the next set of opportunities in the market and prepare our organisation for the future. It has resulted in having a better focus in providing innovative products and services to an incredibly diverse market with a wide range of needs. The cornerstone of our strategy this year will be the continuous expansion and improvement of our business units.
