Royal College in collaboration with International Education and Resource Network (IEARN) has conducted several on-line project based workshops during the past few years. Among them were projects such as Family History, Friends Book, My Country, Bullying, Teddy Bear, World Heritage project, My Hero and National Crops.

These projects have greatly helped children to gain international exposure and IT and presentation skills.

This year’s workshop will be held today at the Royal College Skill’s Centre from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

It will be held under the distinguished patronage of US Embassy Press and Information Officer Chris Elms.

A founder member as a student of Royal College and currently United Nations Humanitarian Correspondent, Udara Soyza, will address the students and discuss the great heights a student can reach through the experience gained by being involved in their respective projects.

During these workshops, students will be participating in two key projects – UNESCO World Heritage and Intercultural Citizenship – thereby helping them to broaden their horizons and empowering them to be stronger citizens of the world.
