Throughout its operations spanning over five decades, Vogue Jewellers had demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence in every aspect of its conduct – the world class designs, craftsmanship and customer service. In pursuit of excellence among the new generation, Vogue sets forth Vogue Sisu Nena Ran Pradana, the annual felicitation program to inspire the young minds and celebrate excellence.
“With the increasing demand for heightened academic standards for job placements evident world over, the need for excellence in education is ever on the increase. It is heartening to see the exemplary standards our young generation demonstrates at school level. Therefore, we at Vogue Jewellers, with a persistent commitment to excellence wish to pursue this supreme quality among the young generation too.
“We firmly believe that pursuing excellence in one’s personal or professional journey is paramount. Academic excellence, particularly during the young days has a significant impact in achieving excellence in your profession and succeeding in adult life. Therefore, we have set forth Vogue SisuNenaRanPradana as an initiative to inspire and celebrate excellence of our new generation.

This persistent value had made us reign in the top of Sri Lanka’s jewellery industry from the early years of Vogue. Our commitment to excellence is demonstrated through the highest quality of raw material, the international award winning designers and master craftsmen, the craftsmanship and our customer service,” said Vogue Jewellers Managing Director Anura Hemachandra.
He further added: “In addition to rewarding the students, we will make a cash donation of Rs. 100,000 to each school that produced these top performers. Vogue Sisu Nena Ran Pradana, first of its kind in Sri Lanka awards each winning student an exclusively designed 22 karat Gold Medal and a Vogue Gift Voucher which they can redeem when selecting their wedding jewellery.”
Vogue Sisu Nena Ran Pradana, the first of its kind felicitation to recognise excellence of the young generation in Sri Lanka is another CSR initiative by Vogue Jewellers following many other unique programs such as ‘Ape Pansala’ under which Vogue renovated several Buddhist, Christian, Hindu and Muslim shrines, ‘Managala Sihina’ a total sponsorship of grand weddings of 12 deserving couples and donating wheel chairs for the handicapped, etc.

Vogue Jewellers will award the respective schools of the top performers in Science, Maths, Commerce and Arts streams with Gold Medals, Gift Vouchers, Plaques and Certificates to the top performers and the Rs. 100,000 cash donations and plaques to each respective school once the results of the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examinations are announced.
