Wild Drift completed a momentous milestone amidst avid tribal war cries, excitement and competition as they conducted their 1,000th corporate activity based training program for the top performing sales team members of NDB Bank in Udawalawe, recently. Wild Drift, the strongest brand under the 361 Degrees umbrella, is the only training company in Sri Lanka to have surpassed this milestone of 1,000 programs.

Over 60 star performers of NDB’s Sales team took part in the two-day training, titled the ‘Tribes of Walawe’, which was based exclusively on a tribal theme and included focused team building and leadership activities aimed at enriching organisational performance through experiential learning.

The activities included Tribalympics, an adventure-packed game of land grab and a tribal night of merriment which called for the teams to craft their own costumes and adornments as they gathered around a bonfire for the night.

Having worked with over 160 corporates in Sri Lanka and overseas as a Human Activations partner, the 361 team is renowned among their clientele for the tailor-made and effective solutions they offer.

The training was also the first theme-based adventure training program piloted by Wild Drift which made the experience all the more significant for team Wild Drift as well as the participants. This is also the first of its kind to be conducted by any training solutions provider in Sri Lanka.
