The CIMA Sri Lanka division will conduct a workshop on 13 May at CIMA auditorium from 9a.m. to 11:30a.m. on developing key skills and techniques required to formulate and narrate an organisational case study effectively.

The workshop is conducted to facilitate knowledge development of participants of the CIMA case study awards 2012 on the process of formulating an organisational case study focusing on identifying, documenting, analysing and evaluating an organisational event/occurrence.

Postgraduate Institute of Management Senior Consultant Dr. Travis Perera will conduct the discussion, where he will also focus on CIMA’s expectation in terms of submissions for the CIMA Case Study Awards 2012 competition.

He will share the judging panel’s views on last year’s case study submissions, focusing on what participants did right and areas in which improvements can be made.

Building a case study framework, developing a case study methodology, narrating an organisational case study and sharing learning from the case study analysis will be some of the key areas Dr. Perera will focus on.

Register for the workshop by sending your name and contact details to Jennifer Gnaniah on: 2503880 ext 263 or E. [email protected].
